About the Role As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and helping pupils of varying abilities succeed in their learning. The position offers the chance to build strong, positive relationships with pupils while developing valuable classroom experience in KS2. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to pupils in small groups and 1:1 sessions Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and preparation of resources Supporting children with a range of learning needs, ensuring they remain engaged and on track Helping to maintain positive behaviour management strategies and classroom routines Encouraging confidence, independence, and resilience in pupils Contributing to the school's ethos of inclusion, collaboration, and high achievement What the School is Looking For The school is seeking a confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children in their education.
