Parts Advisor - 1 Year Experience Required - Stoke- Permanent Role. Salary: up to £28,000 PA (depending on experience) plus monthly target-based bonus up to £150 per month. Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700 plus 4 hours 1 Saturday in every 3 (paid at time and a half). Silver Arrow require an experienced Parts Advisor to work for a commercial vehicle dealer in the Stoke area. Offer advice on parts compatibility and alternatives. Process orders, returns or exchanges. Identifying, sourcing and supplying the correct parts for customer vehicles in a timely manner. Taking customer orders, processing them efficiently, and ensuring accurate record keeping of all transactions. Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory. What we need from you: Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, preferable with HGV's and vans. Experience with accounting and payment processes including invoicing and payment collection Good computer skills Excellent admin skills Outstanding organisation skills Great telephone manner Excellent customer service Enthusiastic, approachable and driven to ensure customer satisfaction.
