Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? We’re looking for experienced SEND speciliasts to join a fantastic SEND school in Lambeth, starting as soon as possible.The role: Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs in small, structured classes Building strong, positive relationships as a calm and consistent role model Working closely with teachers and therapists to create safe, engaging learning environments Bringing patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to every day What we’re looking for: Teaching assistants or care experienced professionals with experience in SEND (autism, SEMH, PMLD or similar) Confidence in managing behaviour positively and supporting children 1:1 or in groups A team player who’s ready to step in, show initiative, and make a real difference from day one What you’ll get: Weekly pay through PAYE (no umbrella companies) Free access to our online CPD Academy Ongoing guidance and support from a dedicated consultant Long-term opportunities in a school that values its staff All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
