Job DescriptionJob Title: FRA Carpenter (Level 4, Zone 2)Location: CamdemContract Type: (Inside IR35)Hours: 36 per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00We are seeking an experienced FRA Carpenter to support a peak in project workload. This role involves carrying out essential fire safety works across council properties, ensuring compliance with British Standards and delivering high-quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesFitting new fire doors, repairing frames, and upgrading existing doors.Installing electrical enclosures and fire-related plasterboard.Carrying out fire stopping works in line with regulations.Maintaining accurate records and completing minor administration tasks.Working to the highest quality standards with a strong focus on safety and compliance.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience working with fire doors and components.Strong understanding of fire safety standards and British Standards.Full UK driving licence (van provided).Ability to work independently with an innovative and proactive mindset.Excellent quality management and record-keeping skills.Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
