Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and versatile Breakfast and Bar Assistant to join our team. This is not a typical waiter/waitress role—our assistant performs a variety of all-round duties, including food preparation, buffet management, kitchen porter tasks, table clearance and cleaning, hosting guests, and supporting bar service. Flexibility and a willingness to cover all these areas are essential. Key Responsibilities:Prepare breakfast items, including baking bakery products and warm food daily for the buffet in the ovenRefill the buffet according to daily demandAssist with kitchen porter duties including cleaning and dishwashingClear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining areaProvide excellent hosting skills by greeting and assisting customers warmlyHandle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficientlySupport bar service including preparing drinks and maintaining cleanlinessOpen and close shifts according to operational proceduresAssist with inventory management and restocking as neededMaintain hygiene and safety standards throughout your shift
