Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Temporary Job Category: Property Services Location: West London Salary: £18.00- £21.40 per hour We have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trade Operative to join one of the largest construction, development and property services companies in the UK, who work in partnership with local authorities and housing associations. Responsibilities: Undertaking all carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner. Complete minor multi-trade repairs such as patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing (e.g. fitting baths, sinks, and toilets) Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.
