Job Role: Recruitment Consultant Company: Reed Cambridge - Finance Location: Unit 7, CC7, 8 Clifton Ct, Clifton Rd, Cambridge CB1 7BN Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction. Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday and permanent What is the role? You'll be covering the Finance market across Cambridge and the surrounding areas for interim, permanent and contract roles. Role Responsibilities: Energetic Business Development: Make proactive calls to prospective clients and attend networking events to build long-term partnerships. Client Meetings: Travel to meet clients, understand their unique needs, and offer bespoke recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Use advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match. Relationship Building: Ensure candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
