If so, Procore wants to hear from you.We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Europe Marketing team to support our growth in the region. You’ll play a leading role in the Campaign strategy and execution, working closely with the the Europe Growth and Integrated Marketing team, regional sales teams, portfolio strategy and global marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.This role reports to the Director, Campaign Management, Europe and will be a hybrid role, either London or Dublin based. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately: What you’ll do:Own the end-to-end campaign strategy for Europe, from audience insight and positioning through to execution, measurement, and optimisation, ensuring all programmes align to regional and global business priorities. Define and set measurable campaign goals that directly ladder to pipeline creation, opportunity influence, and revenue growth across multiple market segments and countries.Lead cross-functional campaign planning within a matrix organisation, influencing senior stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Partner teams, and the Global Integrated Marketing team to secure alignment and resources.Measure and optimise campaign performance using advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Demandbase), taking ownership of reporting and insight generation to inform future strategy.Direct creative and content development with internal teams, agencies, and third-party producers, ensuring messaging resonates across diverse European markets.Work with internal and external creative and web production teams to create campaign assetsPlan and control multi-channel budgets across digital, ABM, events, and third-party partnerships, making strategic allocation decisions to maximise ROI and pipeline impact.Assess and select new channels, partners, and innovations to keep campaigns competitive and differentiated, proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.Design and direct email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns, ensuring they align with the broader strategic objectives.Act as a subject-matter expert for campaign best practice, mentoring and guiding other marketing team members to raise the overall capability within the region. What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience7+ years of experience of SaaS/B2B/high-tech marketing experienceA strategic thinker who can connect long-term business goals to impactful campaign executionAble to work independently and take ownership of priorities, while seeking guidance from the Director where neededExceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in every aspect of campaign planning and deliveryProven ability to navigate a matrix organisation, building strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across regions, functions, and levelsDemonstrated ability to lead and work in teams and with agenciesStrong communication and collaboration skills across various mediumsProven success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include web, direct mail, webinars, digital advertising, PPC, content, media, and social media.Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Demandbase or 6Sense), tracking and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness and project management tools (Workfront)Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate opportunitiesCritical thinker, extremely hands-on, and highly organisedProficiency in an additional European language, like French or Spanish, would be an asset, though not a requirement.
