Office Manager & Executive PA Location: North West London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Hours: Full-time Salary: £50k - £60k Start Date: ASAP (short notice or immediate availability preferred)Is this the role for you:Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager & Executive PA to join their growing team. This is a unique dual role at the heart of a new, high-profile organisation tasked with delivering a once-in-a-generation national sustainability initiative.What you will do:As Office Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the office, managing facilities, supplies, vendors, and day-to-day operations, while helping to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As Executive PA, you will provide seamless support to the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and board support.This is a hands-on position in a start-up environment, requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, adapts quickly to change, and enjoys building processes from the ground up. You’ll also play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment and onboarding as the organisation gorws in staff over the next 2 years.What You’ll Bring:The successful candidate will have prior experience as an Office Manager, EA, or PA supporting senior executives, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to take ownership of both operational and executive support responsibilities.
