Plan in Action – Help teachers put individual learning plans into practice, making lessons work for every child. Keep it Calm – Use positive behaviour strategies to keep children engaged and confident. Team Player Vibes – Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists, keeping everyone in the loop. Nurture & Cheer – Create a safe, welcoming space where every child can thrive. What we’re looking for: Experience supporting children with SEN (school or community setting). A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach. Flexibility and creativity to adapt to different learning styles. A valid DBS (or willingness to apply). Bonus points: Already Level 2 TA qualified?
