Legal 500 rated firm is hiring a Head of Family Partner.This established and successful, smaller firm has a pressing requirement to recruit an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to lead and develop the fledgling matrimonial service.You should be well versed with advising on the following private matters (this list is not exhaustive):
Divorce and separationFinancial remedyPrivate children, with an international element (preferred)Pre and post nuptial agreements Domestic violence
