This is an excellent chance for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a sound understanding of safeguarding to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities.In this role, you will fully support the Service Manager, deputising in their absence, while leading a dedicated team of nurses and care staff with passion and enthusiasm. You will ensure the smooth running of the service, promote positive outcomes for residents, and foster a caring, inclusive environment.You will also be responsible for delivering the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal care, promoting independence and choice for all residents, while maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory obligations.
