This individual will take responsibility for delivering first-class customer service to residents and guests alike throughout the night shift.Role : Night ConciergeHours : 7pm till 7am – 4 on 4 offLocation : East LondonSalary : £30,300Role Duties: Act as ambassador of the property and management companyAlways interact in an enthused and empathetic mannerEnsure a high level of punctuality and presentation is upheld at all timesAnswer the phone and emails politely and appropriatelyRespond to complaints or concerns and find the appropriate solutionBe empathetic in relation to all customers requests, queries or concerns Person specification: Previous experience working in a similar environment e.g. Hotel, Private Members Club or Residential DevelopmentWe require an individual with a strong work ethicHave exceptional written and verbal communication skillsBe comfortable to thrive under high-pressure situations while effectively managing large teams Please reach out to Cam for more information and to register your interest!
