We're working on behalf of a multi-award-winning Commercial Insurance Brokerage that's looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Client Executive to join their established team. About the RoleThis is a key role where you'll take ownership of a diverse client book across multiple sectors and varying premium levels. Your remit will include servicing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities to drive continued growth. Based out of their Rawtenstall office, this is a full-time, permanent position with plenty of flexibility when required. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clientsPrepare reports, cover summaries, and ensure all documentation meets FCA standardsIdentify and act on new business opportunities through prospecting and networkingMaintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirementsDeliver exceptional customer service while ensuring fair treatment of clientsAccurately maintain client records and service levelsRepresent the business at trade events and industry functions What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial insurance executive role within the UKStrong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelySolid technical knowledge of commercial insurance and Lloyd's marketsProven ability to build and manage client relationshipsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel as neededCII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII) are preferred but not essential What's on Offer Competitive salary up to £70,000 + uncapped earnings based on income performanceCompany car allowance25 days holiday + bank holidaysAdditional birthday/wellbeing day offPension contributionsFlexible hours and remote working when requiredPaid wellbeing programme & healthcare product accessLife insurance
