Higher Level Teaching Assistant – RingwoodAre you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and nurturing school in Ringwood.This is a full-time role working with pupils aged 5 to 11, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.45pm. Your Role As a HLTA, you will: Support teaching and learning across the primary age range. Lead small group sessions and deliver planned learning activities. Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and approaches to meet individual needs. Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Support children in developing both academic skills and social confidence. What We’re Looking For Previous experience supporting children in an educational setting. A positive, resilient, and adaptable approach to challenges. The ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff. HLTA status is desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience.
