Learning Support Assistant - Northampton Location: Northampton Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term or Permanent Salary: Competitive daily rate (experience dependent) Are you passionate about helping students with additional needs thrive-academically, socially, and emotionally? We're working in partnership with inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Northampton, all seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams from September 2025. This is an ideal opportunity if you have a genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and want to make a meaningful impact in their education journey. Whether you have previous experience or are looking to start your career in education, this role offers valuable, hands-on experience in a classroom setting.
