Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for welcoming the Executive team/ VIP guests on their arrival and hosting them throughout their meeting, ensuring their needs are fully anticipated and met, with service of an exceptional standard.Deliver an unparalleled level of service and cater to the unique preferences and requests of the Executive team, ensuring their utmost satisfaction and comfort.Establish and maintain positive relationships with the Executive team, anticipating their needs and providing personalised assistance throughout their day.Oversee the day-to-day operations coordinating with various departments and ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the meetings.Ensure the meeting rooms are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.The ability to handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy.Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure successful execution of any corporate events, including room setup, decorations, and any special requirements.
