Job DescriptionGovernance Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Governance Manager to lead the implementation of a high-profile, long-term infrastructure Masterplan (EMP) for a key Glasgow-based Client.The Establishment Management Plan sets the strategic direction for estate development and infrastructure investment. It will enable improved utilisation, asset management, and operational efficiency across two key sites.Key Responsibilities:️ Develop and embed robust governance frameworks across major infrastructure programmes. Align infrastructure activities with broader strategic goals and naval base governance. Lead the creation and delivery of an Infrastructure Stakeholder Engagement Plan, ensuring collaboration, inclusion, and clarity.️ Build and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder map and forward engagement plan (meetings, boards, site visits, workshops). Provide regular, strategic updates to senior management on engagement events and outcomes. Champion effective communication across the organisation to support strategic alignment and decision-making.
