SEN Teaching Assistant - Cambourne, Cambridgeshire - Immediate Start Full-Time | £90-£100 per day Do you have experience providing 121 support for children with special education needs? A lovely village primary school are on the lookout for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this academic year! This full-time role involves providing individual support to a child with additional learning needs helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom setting. About the Role: Support a pupil on a 121 basis within a mainstream primary class. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies. Foster independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Engage the child in both academic and social activities throughout the day. What We're Looking For: Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly within a primary school setting. Calm, patient, and nurturing approach to behaviour and communication. Ability to follow structured plans and adapt support where needed. Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. What's On Offer: £90-£100 per day, paid weekly via PAYE.
