Location: Tamworth | Full Time | £29,000 + OTE BonusRequirementsRequirements: Extensive experience in aftersales or customer service within the automotive sector or a related field. Interpersonal skills with a proven track record in customer satisfaction. Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in using automotive service management software systems. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. A valid driver's licence is required.
