They’re looking for a Motion Designer & Content Creator who can produce high-performing video ads and content tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.This role is perfect for someone who blends creative flair with performance know-how – you’ll create scroll-stopping ads, design platform-native content, and collaborate closely with the Paid Media and Creative teams to drive measurable results. If you’re as comfortable behind the camera as you are behind the editing suite, and thrive on translating trends into high-impact creative, this could be the role for you.About the RoleEdit engaging video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display – optimised for clarity, attention, and conversionAdd motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and animations to elevate creative impactContribute to storyboarding, hooks, pacing, and funnel-stage ad creativeCapture original content including UGC-style clips, lifestyle B-roll, and product shotsRepurpose and localise creative across formats, audiences, and platformsDevelop multiple creative variants for A/B testing and iterationStay on top of paid media trends, competitor activity, and best-in-class ad creativeMaintain an evolving creative library of assets and research materialSkills and Experience Required2+ years’ experience in video editing and/or motion design & paid mediaPortfolio showcasing performance-driven ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTubeStrong grasp of direct-response creative – from hook to CTA – with the ability to tailor content to different funnel stagesHands-on content capture skills (camera and mobile) for use in paid formatsAdvanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar toolsExperience with creative iteration and A/B testing based on performance insightsHighly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple briefs and deadlinesCurious, proactive, and trend-aware, with a collaborative approachBonus: knowledge of ad platforms or creative research tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Creative Center, Motion)Location: London (It's on-site 5 days) Salary: £26k to 30k + bonus Job Ref: AW 11787DNA is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds.Although we try to respond to all applications, unfortunately, due to the high number we receive, we are unable to respond to all of those who are unsuccessful.
