We're working with a well-known national insurance broker as they look to strengthen their presence in Lincolnshire with the addition of an experienced Commercial Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major player in the market, while inheriting a small but stable book of business (c. £120,000 in income) with real potential for development.You'll be supported by a highly experienced local team, alongside wider regional and national resources, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships, delivering expert advice, and growing your portfolio. The Role: Inherit a portfolio of commercial clients with consistent retention and growth potential.Deliver a high level of client service, managing renewals, cover reviews, and strategic insurance planning.Identify and develop opportunities for organic growth and referrals within your book.Work closely with the broking and support teams to ensure client service excellence.Contribute to the development of the Lincolnshire office's presence in the local market.While this isn't a cold new business role, you'll be encouraged to grow your portfolio over time, with the full backing of a respected national brand.
