Role: Production Planner Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland Hours: Full Time Pay: £30,000 £35,000 (experience dependent) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Planner to join a leading food manufacturing business in the UKs fresh mushroom and plant-based retail sector. Benefits: Competitive salary package Career progression and training opportunities Cross-functional exposure across supply chain, procurement, and production Supportive and innovative working environment The Role: Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with forecasts and stock levels Adjust schedules in response to changing demand and supply conditions Coordinate with procurement to secure raw materials and packaging Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and logistics to align supply chain activities Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency Maintain ERP/MRP planning systems and provide management reports Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in planning processes The Requirements: Previous experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven planning Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve results
