However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.What you'll be doing:Leading and supporting a skilled psychology team, embedding clinical governance and reflective practiceDelivering comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and evidence-based interventions, including cognitive rehabilitation and support for adjustment and moodProviding Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) interventions and contributing to diagnosis and rehabilitation planning within the MDTSupervising clinical psychologists, neuropsychologists and trainees, and contributing to the induction and development of team membersCollaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, person-centred careKeeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights.Please see attached job description for a full list of duties and responsibilities.What you'll have:HCPC registrationPostgraduate qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology (QiCN) and eligibility for the Specialist Register in Clinical Neuropsychology (SRCN) is desirableSignificant experience working with acquired brain injury or neurological conditionsPrevious leadership experience in a clinical or management capacityExcellent communication, clinical judgement, and interpersonal skillsSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBSWe also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
