Business Analyst (OpenText / SAP) - Contract Location: London (hybrid, occasional on-site) Rate: £400-£425 per day (Outside IR35) Duration: 3-4 months initial Our client, a leading organisation within transport and logistics, are embarking on a major data archiving initiative, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the early stages of an OpenText archiving implementation. The Role You'll play a key role in shaping and supporting the setup of OpenText, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and configurations are aligned to business needs. Working closely with procurement, data, and implementation teams, you'll help prepare the business for a smooth transition to OpenText. Key Responsibilities Refine and validate configuration requirements for OpenText archiving. Support initial setup and early implementation activities. Collaborate with data teams to identify and transfer relevant data. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.) and technical teams. Ensure alignment with existing SAP ECC systems, particularly for Finance and HR documentation. Skills & Experience Strong Business Analysis background, ideally within large-scale transformation or archiving projects. Proven experience with OpenText archiving tools. Hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC and associated data flows (Finance, HR) would be beneficial but not essential. Experience working with data management and archiving processes.
