Estate Agency Operations / PA to the DirectorLocation: Eastcote/RuislipSalary:£40,000 - £50,000 DOEHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMIndustry: Estate Agency & Lettings About the Role: We’re working exclusively with a highly successful independent Estate & Letting Agency based in Eastcote/Ruislip, seeking a dynamic Operations Lead / Personal Assistant to the Director.This is a crucial, hands-on role for someone with solid estate agency experience, who understands the operational flow of a busy sales and lettings environment. You'll be the right hand to the Director, ensuring the business runs smoothly on both a strategic and day-to-day basis. Responsibilities:Oversee the smooth running of the office, ensuring efficient processes and systems across Sales, Lettings, and Property ManagementAct as a key point of contact between departments and senior leadershipManage compliance and ensure adherence to property legislation and regulations (AML, GDPR, client money handling etc.)Review and improve operational procedures, software, and office systemsSupport staff onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR adminWork closely with suppliers and manage contracts (portal providers, utilities, contractors)Personal Assistant DutiesAct as a trusted gatekeeper and point of support to the DirectorManage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondencePrepare reports, performance updates and ad-hoc projectsAssist with team communications and company-wide updatesProvide proactive support to enable the Director to focus on growth and strategic planningThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have essential previous experience working in estate agency (either lettings or sales)Be exceptionally organised with strong multitasking abilityBe discreet, reliable, and able to work independentlyHave strong knowledge of compliance and operations within estate agencyBe confident using property softwareTake pride in creating structure and efficiencyWhy Apply? ✔ Monday–Friday only – great work/life balance✔ Hands-on role with real responsibility and impact✔ Join a respected and thriving estate agency✔ Excellent salary and long-term progression potential How to Apply If you would like to know more about this role, please contact Sally at ProFind Property Recruitment.
