Job description:Our independent, London pharmacy takes pride in serving the local community of Hampstead Village with healthcare advice and support. Ritz Pharmacy is launching an innovative new chapter, and we are looking for a qualified Beautician & Fully Trained Aesthetics Specialist to take the lead in building a thriving in-house clinic alongside our established beauty retail offering.This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, driven professional with both hands-on expertise and a passion for premium skincare and beauty.The Role:Set up and run a full aesthetics clinic within Ritz Pharmacy, delivering high-quality treatments.Dedicate set hours on the shop floor, working with premium beauty brands such as Clarins and other luxury cosmetic/skincare lines to achieve sales targets.Build and grow your own client base for aesthetics treatments, supported by the pharmacy.Earn a competitive base for time on premises, plus a commission-based structure on all aesthetics clients, with excellent earning potential.Work alongside our on-site Prescribing Pharmacist, ensuring smooth compliance with all new regulations.The Candidate:Fully qualified and proficient in a range of aesthetics procedures.Confident, professional, and able to deliver excellent client experiences.Ideally experienced in premium skincare/beauty retail sales (e.g. Clarins, La Roche, Caudalie, etc.).Self-motivated with some business acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to grow something of your own.Must hold full self-insurance to practice aesthetics procedures independently.What We Offer:A brand-new venture with the chance to shape and grow your own clinic.Support from an established pharmacy with loyal clients and strong community presence.Competitive pay structure with uncapped commission potential.Freedom to increase hours as your client base expands.This is a rare chance to combine your aesthetics expertise, beauty retail skills, and entrepreneurial spirit into one exciting role – and truly make it your own.
