This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions across sectors such as healthcare, social housing, education and property development.The Role:You’ll play a key role in delivering a wide range of finance transactions, acting for lenders, investors, corporates and developers.The work includes: Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and finance documentsLeading transactions from inception to completionAdvising on real estate and corporate finance mattersSupporting clients in the healthcare and living sectors on impactful projectsSupervising junior lawyers and contributing to team developmentBuilding client relationships and engaging in business development What You’ll Bring: 5+ years’ PQE in banking and finance lawStrong transactional experience, ideally with exposure to real estate or corporate financeAbility to manage matters independently and lead on dealsA collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approachPassion for delivering excellent client service and building long-term relationships What’s on Offer?
