Senior Company Secretarial Assistant We’re working with a leading professional services team to hire an experienced Company Secretarial Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a portfolio of fast-growing technology-driven businesses as well as multinational clients, providing high-quality governance and compliance support while also mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Provide advice on corporate governance, Companies Act 2006 compliance and statutory filingsDraft board minutes, resolutions, and documents for incorporations, share capital changes and restructuringsMaintain statutory registers, liaise with Companies House and external parties and support cross-border projectsSupport, train and mentor junior colleagues, helping to embed best practice Key Skills CGI qualified (Grad ICSA or equivalent) preferredAt least two years’ company secretarial experience, ideally in professional servicesStrong knowledge of Diligent Entities and excellent communication skills Hybrid Working Three days per week in the London office, two days from home (after an initial settling-in period).
