Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment Job Title: BUILDING SURVEYOR / PROJECT MANAGER – Professional Property ServicesLocation: Hendon, NW4Salary: £70,000 per annum Position: Permanent, Full-Time Reference: WR65005This is an excellent opening for an experienced and RICS Qualified Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join a well-established, professional, and independent property company based in Hendon.The firm is highly regarded within the North London property sector and is recognised for delivering a comprehensive range of surveying, project management, and consultancy services.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Provide professional building surveying services across residential and commercial propertiesManage refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects from inception to completionPrepare specifications, schedules of work, and contract administrationConduct building condition surveys, defect analysis, and reportsAdvise on planned maintenance programmes and statutory complianceLiaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project deliveryOversee budgets, timescales, and quality of works What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with proven experienceStrong project management skills across residential and commercial sectorsExcellent technical knowledge and attention to detailStrong organisational and time management abilitiesConfident communicator with excellent client-facing skillsAbility to lead projects independently and within a teamGood knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and health & safetyProactive, professional, and commercially aware approach What's In It For You?
