Joining us at an exciting stage of growth, your responsibilities will initially include:- Customer Support: Delivering exceptional service by responding to customer queries through platforms like Zendesk.- Complaints Handling: Managing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.- Collections: Contacting customers to resolve missed payments in a professional and understanding manner.- Data Tasks: Collating and analyzing data to support operational decision-making.This role offers variety and the opportunity to develop skills in other areas of the business as we grow.About YouWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
