This is a great opportunity to join a growing investment business and play a key role in driving commercial success from the ground up. We’re working with a specialist investment firm looking to expand its distribution efforts by hiring a Business Development Associate. This newly created role will focus on proactive outreach to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), identifying and generating high-quality meetings for the firm’s Investment and Fund Managers. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify prospective IFA firms and individuals Initiate outbound contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to arrange qualified meetings Support the broader business development team by building and maintaining a strong pipeline Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor messaging and value propositions Track engagement and report on activity to help shape future strategy About You: Strong understanding of investment management and fund products Confident communicator, able to build rapport and credibility quickly Experience or interest in working with IFAs Highly proactive, organised, and self-motivated Previous experience in a similar role (BD, sales support, or distribution) is advantageous This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a tangible impact in a growing business.
