Reporting to the Senior Finance Leader, the Finance Manager will oversee the financial business partnering function, focusing on driving financial sustainability and delivering sound financial leadership. Key Responsibilities: Deliver financial guidance and operational advice across the organisation to support informed decision-making. Lead and manage the finance business partnering team, providing strategic direction. Oversee the preparation and presentation of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Provide financial training and support to department heads, improving budget management. Offer forward-looking financial analysis and recommendations to support transformation and decision-making at the senior level.
