Description: Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Consultant with deep knowledge of German energy market communication (MAKO), specifically in relation to the UTILMD format and GPKE (Gesch ftsprozesse zur Kundenbelieferung mit Elektrizit t). The role focuses on the analysis and optimization of data exchange and business processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational efficiency in customer supply and device management. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize processes and data formats related to: UTILMD format changes Master data changes (Stammdaten nderungen) Master data synchronization (Stammdatensynchronisation) Device replacement dispatch (Ger tewechselversand) Clarification case configuration (Kl rfallkonfiguration) Ensure full compliance with market communication processes (MAKO) for sending and receiving associated market messages. Contribute to process improvements and alignment with GPKE standards for the reliable supply of electricity to end customers. Collaborate with technical and business teams to design and implement optimized workflows and data handling procedures. Conduct impact assessments, propose solutions for process gaps, and support the implementation of required system or format changes.
