Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused HR Employee Experience Representative to join our team in Cramlington, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, both on-site at our Cramlington manufacturing facility and virtually across Northern & Central Europe. As a key member of our Global Workforce Operations team, you will play a crucial role in creating positive experiences for our workforce and fostering a supportive work environment.You will:Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses through various channels, including our cloud-based case management systemAssess and analyse employee requests and concerns, determining appropriate resolutions or escalations in collaboration with HR team membersValidate and process changes in personal data, job information, reporting lines, and compensation in the HRM systemPrepare employment letters, contracts for new hires, and other employee documentation with meticulous attention to detailFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires and support hiring managers through our onboarding systemExecute HR systems data transactions efficiently and accuratelyRespond to questions on HR procedures, practices, and policies, guiding managers and employees as neededEducate employees on available services and encourage the use of self-service tools and systemsMaintain high-quality standards for all Global Workforce Operations activities, adhering to established service-level agreementsIdentify opportunities for improvement in processes and knowledge management, contributing to the continuous enhancement of HR servicesCollaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience across all touchpoints
