Parts Advisor Location: Heathrow Salary: £30,000 basic OTE £34,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Ref: 28956 We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our client’s successful and expanding team in Heathrow. Benefits:Ongoing training and supportCompany pension schemeEmployee discount schemePerformance-related incentivesKey Responsibilities:Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phoneLocate and supply parts and accessories from stock or by placing orders with suppliersProcess customer orders accurately using internal systemsMaintain up-to-date and accurate stock recordsEnsure the parts department is well organised and clean at all timesBuild strong working relationships with customers and suppliersCommunicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth service deliveryRegularly update the parts database with new stock and pricingDeliver excellent customer service at all timesCandidate Requirements:Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the motor trade is preferredCommercial/HGV experience is desirable but not essentialStrong customer service and communication skillsFull UK driving licence is essentialOrganised, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentThis is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the motor trade to join a growing company that values its employees and supports long-term career growth.
