The successful candidate will be experienced in residential property sales, proactive in spotting opportunities, and confident in securing deals.Some listing experience would be beneficial, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential. This role is ideal for someone ambitious and client-focused, looking to develop their career with a respected Surrey brand.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering and managing new applicantsConducting property viewings and securing offersNegotiating sales and progressing transactionsGenerating and winning new business opportunitiesAssisting with valuations and listings (if experienced)Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and stakeholdersDelivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales processWorking towards and exceeding individual and branch targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous residential estate agency experience essentialStrong sales and negotiation skills with proven successExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesConfident telephone manner and professional approachWell-presented, ambitious, and self-motivatedKnowledge of the Worcester Park and Surrey property market (advantageous)Full UK driving licence and own car essentialProfessional, proactive, and results-driven mindset What's In It For You?
