About the RoleWe are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in East London. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse, including handling stock, processing orders, and maintaining a safe and organised environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyLoad and unload deliveries, ensuring stock is stored correctlyCarry out regular stock checks and report discrepanciesMaintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouseFollow health and safety guidelines at all timesWork as part of a team to meet deadlines and targetsRequirementsPrevious warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essentialPhysically fit and able to lift and move stock when requiredGood attention to detail and accuracy in order processingReliable, punctual, and a strong team playerFlexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekendsBenefitsCompetitive pay up to £13.00 per hourOpportunities for ongoing work and potential progressionSupportive team environmentOn-the-job training provided
