Warehouse Operative - Honey Production FacilityLocation: Daventry - NorthamptonshirePay : £12.21What You'll Be Doing- Operate and monitor machinery used in honey processing and packaging- Ensure smooth flow of production with minimal downtime- Perform routine maintenance and clean-up of equipment- Follow health, safety, and food hygiene protocols- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targetsWhat You'll Need- Comfortable working in hot conditions - our factory gets very warm during production- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production setting is ideal- Good attention to detail and basic mechanical know-how- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic- Willingness to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksBonus Points For- Experience in food-grade environments- Understanding of automated packaging linesWorking Hours & Perks- Full-time- Monday - Friday- 09:00 - 17:00 Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
