Job Title: Carpenter/Joiner Job Type: Permanenet Job Category: Property Services Location: Westminster Pay Rate: £34,000 - £38,000 annum We're currently seeking a skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join a dedicated maintenance team based in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity for work delivering high-quality carpentry services across local authority and housing association properties. Responsibilities: Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including door hanging, skirting, architraves, and flooring. Install and repair timber structures, including kitchen units, worktops, and built-in furniture. Replace and repair fire doors and frames to current regulations. Work in both occupied and void domestic properties with a focus on quality and tenant satisfaction. Conduct minor multi-trade tasks where required (e.g., patch plastering, basic tiling). Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety standards. Use a PDA or mobile device to receive and close out jobs with accurate notes and photos.
