As a Recruitment Consultant at Line Up Aviation, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and guide candidates in their careers. It's a fast-paced, target-driven role perfect for a motivated professional ready to make an impact in aviation and aerospace.Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placement. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner. Identify and attract high-calibre candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for roles. Negotiate job offers, contracts, and terms with clients and candidates. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets. Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in recruitment (aviation, aerospace, or engineering sectors advantageous but not essential). Strong business development and client relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by success. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. IT literate with experience using recruitment CRM systems.
