You’ll use Starman AI itself to supercharge your work, shape its product direction, and prove its power to the world. Upload a pitch deck and Starman instantly maps a focused go-to-market strategy, validates the best customer segments and channels, and guides founders through week-by-week execution with accountability.We’re on a mission to remove guesswork from customer acquisition — giving founders the structured playbook and execution support they need to reach customers faster, and giving investors the evidence they need to back them with confidence.The RoleWe’re looking for a Founding GTM Engineer (Growth Hacker) — someone who’s scrappy enough to launch experiments tomorrow and structured enough to design repeatable growth systems. You’ll own the customer acquisition engine: testing channels, writing copy, building automations, and turning early traction into a compounding growth loop.You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have full access to Starman AI’s platform — using it to support your work in strategy building, campaign management, and metrics tracking. Think of yourself as the first power-user: amplifying Starman’s capabilities, stress-testing it, and feeding back insights that will shape the product itself.This is not a “growth manager” role. This is a founding seat — if you help us hit 200 paying customers, you’ll unlock immediate stock options and step into our first full-time growth leadership position.What You’ll DoDesign and run customer acquisition experiments across multiple organic channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, Email, and any others you bring to the table).Write and refine copy that converts — DMs, posts, emails — translating founder tone into messaging that resonates. (Human-in-the-loop: AI tools can assist, but copy quality is yours to own.)Build automation workflows (n8n preferred; Zapier/Lindy/Make also relevant) to scale outreach, track funnel progress, and remove manual drag.Optimize and systematize what works: from channel playbooks to dashboards for funnel performance.Focus on organic growth first. Paid ads only if clearly proven they outperform organic channels.Use Starman AI itself to plan, manage, and track campaigns — showcasing its value while shaping its evolution with your feedback.What We’re Looking ForExperience running multi-channel growth experiments in early-stage startups.Exceptional copywriting skills — persuasive, concise, and adaptable to founder tone of voice.Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn automation tools (Dux-Soup, PhantomBuster, or similar).Automation & workflow builder: n8n preferred, but Lindy/Make/Zapier also relevant.Data-driven mindset: able to track funnel performance, iterate fast, and double down on winners.Entrepreneurial DNA: comfortable with risk, ambiguity, and early-stage chaos.Hungry to own the founding growth role and scale with the company.Nice-to-HavesFamiliarity with SaaS founders, GTM frameworks, and AARRR/pirate metrics.Community building experience (Reddit, Slack, Discord, niche communities).Comfort with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, HubSpot, or similar).Basic technical chops (SQL, Python) for deeper analysis are a bonus.Location & Ways of WorkingMust be UK-based (London preferred).Hybrid role: at least one in-person strategy/review session per week.
