Supporting the Nursery Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. Supervising and mentoring staff, creating a positive, collaborative environment. Ensuring children’s safety and well-being at all times. Building strong partnerships with parents and carers. Working closely with our SENCO and Therapy team to meet every child’s individual needs.
