GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join schools in Worthing, where you will deliver engaging lessons and provide a nurturing classroom environment.About the Role:As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative lessons across the primary curriculum. You will encourage students to achieve their full potential, while fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. This role requires flexibility and a passion for developing children academically, socially, and emotionally.Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.Support pupils in their academic progress and overall development.Create a positive and stimulating learning environment.Monitor and assess pupils’ work, providing feedback to support growth.Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers.Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a safe learning space.Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.Excellent communication and organisational abilities.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
