You will supervise whole classes across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring that students remain engaged, focused and on task. While you will not be expected to deliver new content, you will facilitate pre-prepared lessons, encourage positive behaviour, manage classroom routines and provide support where needed. This role offers an excellent pathway for aspiring teachers or education professionals, offering hands-on experience in behaviour management, lesson delivery and student engagement.The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, confidence in leading groups of young people and a genuine interest in supporting their academic and personal development.
