Due to continued growth, they are seeking an energetic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving Morden branch.The ideal candidate will be determined, enthusiastic, and confident, with the ability to build strong relationships quickly. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to contribute to the branch’s continued success.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering new applicants and matching them to available propertiesConducting property viewings with prospective tenantsNegotiating tenancy terms and closing lettings dealsBuilding and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenantsDelivering excellent customer service throughout the rental processSupporting the branch team in achieving targets and business growthEnsuring compliance with lettings legislation and company policies What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)Excellent sales and negotiation skillsStrong communication and customer service abilityProfessional, well-presented, and self-motivatedConfident telephone manner with a positive attitudeKnowledge of Morden and surrounding areas (advantageous)Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)A thorough, professional approach to estate agency and lettings What's In It For You?
