Due to continued growth, the company is now looking for a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Wimbledon branch.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about property, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to the ongoing success of a successful local agency.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Assisting the Lettings Manager with daily operationsGenerating and converting new business opportunitiesArranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenantsNegotiating tenancy terms and closing lettings dealsDelivering excellent customer service throughout the lettings processEnsuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)Strong track record in sales and customer serviceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProfessional, articulate, and well-presentedHighly organised with strong attention to detailLocal knowledge of Wimbledon and surrounding areas (advantageous)Full UK driving licence (essential)ARLA qualification desirable but not required What's In It For You?
