Please note: we are looking for candidates that are happy to come into our London office 2-3 times per week. You’ll also have face to face client interaction 20% of your time, across the UK incl. in London.Skin Analytics is an award-winning, health tech company that has launched the world’s first AI-supported Skin Cancer pathway for a faster skin cancer diagnosis. We are the first company to receive a NICE recommendation for a skin cancer AI, DERM, to be used across the NHS*, which is deployed in more than 25 organisations, and growing. Additionally, we collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes. We recently raised a £15M series B funding round, and after receiving our Class III EU MDR certification, we are ready to scale internationally.The roleThis is a player-coach role, which will evolve into a 100% management role as this team succeeds and grows. You are responsible for the bottom line team results which includes a quota for yourself. This role line manages two Business Development Managers, Market Access and as the market grows more BDM’s and Account Managers will be hired. As an experienced international sales professional, you have perfected your methodologies, negotiating tactics, forecasting and data analytics skills, resulting in an excellent commercial track record across multiple countries.You make sure that the team is always up to date with the latest enterprise sales techniques, is prepared to handle the most tricky objections and you’re there to support them through international policy frameworks, funding streams and local procurement structures.Key responsibilities Drive new ARR by identifying and securing new business prioritising opportunities that meet international company objectives. Leading end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to contract negotiation to closing Oversee all International sales (excl. UK & US), securing contracts and hit team targets as part of our commercial strategy. Coach BDMs so they can exceed performance targets and grow as sales professionals Eliminate internal blockers for our BDM’s by collaborating with Marketing, Account Management, Product and Transformation teams. Accountable for HubSpot integrity and reporting Consistent forecasting of International revenue pipeline and team financial performance - you know the numbers inside out Lead by example, closing contracts until this role becomes a 100% sales manager position Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings to enhance visibility RequirementsEssential Skills Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of owning and delivering revenue targets in the International hospitals / healthcare industry Trained in & competent in using an enterprise sales methodologies, for example: Meddicc, Meddpicc, Challenger, SPIN, BANT Deep understanding of different countries’ healthcare models, decision-making processes, and procurement frameworks Proven ability to engage and influence senior healthcare stakeholders, from management executives to clinicians Strategic thinking, with the ability to align commercial, product and innovation strategies to international market needs Previous experience in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and implementation teams.
