The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with ADHD and other additional needs to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with ADHD. Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Support classroom activities and adapt materials to meet the needs of individual learners. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with ADHD or other special educational needs. Understanding of ADHD strategies and behaviour management techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
