Attention all Senior Civil Engineers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are working with a well-established engineering consultancy who are seeking out a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join their ever-growing team, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to work from our client's Bristol office, three times a week, on a hybrid basis. As a part of this unmissable role, you will be responsible for a variety of residential, industrial, and retail park projects, with a large focus on highways, and drainage. -Competitive salary ranging from £55,000-£75,000 (depending on experience) -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities. Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee the design and delivery of residential, industrial, and retail park projects from concept to construction. -Prepare and review detailed drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. -Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination. -Mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development activities. What We Are Looking For: -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. -Must have extensive experience with Civil Engineering and working with Highways and Drainage. -Excellent knowledge and understanding of using Civil3D, Microdrainage and Infodrainage. -Must be chartered or near chartered. -Confident communicator with experience working in, and managing, multidisciplinary teams.
